With a team of 50 employees, product range extending to more than 5,000 different products, our client has grown to be one of the largest online shops for shoes and mountain equipment in Bulgaria.

 

Our goal was simple – to lower the cost of CPA while scaling the budget and making the brand recognition greater. Really ambitious, but we accepted the challenge in front us. 

 

The challenge they faced was that their direct competitor had much more financial power, relying on TV commercials, offline advertising and traditional marketing.

WHAT WE DID?

Digital On Demand’s mission was to transform the current campaign with a data-driven automation strategy, utilising our proprietary bid management tools. We were entirely dedicated to achieving the maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) target as aligned with their overall net profit.

CHOОSE THE RIGHT MEDIUM

Our priority was to build the right processes and long-term advertising strategy which is crucial for every business. We decided to cut off some of the low performing channels that have been used so far. Focusing on the right channels would allow the business to grow even further,  without affecting the monthly turnover from underperforming channels.
