The Client

PAGA is the brainchild of Georgi, a passionate individual who defied fashion norms to create a brand that embodies uniqueness and individuality. Georgi’s journey began with a childhood fascination with clothes as a form of self-expression, leading him to sketch and modify his own designs.

Despite facing three failures, including financial setbacks and a misguided attempt at mass production, Georgi learned valuable lessons that shaped the brand’s identity. PAGA, established in 2017, has grown into a team of over 100 dedicated individuals, contributing to local production and employment in Bulgaria.

The brand’s essence lies in its commitment to limited editions and creating a niche for affordable, distinctive fashion for the Bulgarian market.

Client Goals:

What we did

Increasing the advertising budget by more than 500% posed a significant challenge for both us and the client, requiring precise planning and campaign management for optimal fund utilisation.

Risks included a potential decrease in ROAS, a drastic spike in the CPA, and ineffective budget use due to an undefined target audience. The strategy involved leveraging proven target audiences that had previously yielded positive results for the client, focusing on top-selling products with a spotlight on the “Любовь” collection.

Restructuring the account was implemented to distribute the higher budget more effectively. The account structure included a standard 3-stage sales funnel + a manual bidding campaign where we have been implementing rapidly the most successful asset with a higher budgets.
